Ingredients

Paratha - Fresh or Frozen |
3 Tablespoons |
Coriander - Mint Chutney |
1 1/2 Tablespoon |
Yoghurt |
1/2 Cup |
Onion - Cut Round |
1/2 Cup |
Tomato - Julienne Cut |
1/4 Cup |
Mint Leaves |
1/4 Cup |
Coriander Leaves |
To Taste |
Chaat Masala |
Oil to shallow fry |
Steps:
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add 1-2 Tbsp oil. When the pan gets hot, add the kebabs onto the pan.
- Wait until all the kebabs turn evenly golden on all sides.
- Mix the chutney and yoghurt. Keep aside.
- Heat your tawa pan until the pan is hot, grease the pan and then place paratha on it.
- Cook from both sides.
- Once ready, spread the cilantro-mint yoghurt chutney on one side of the paratha.
- Now place the seekh kebab on the chutney in the middle of the paratha.
- Layer with sliced onions, tomatoes and any other salad of your choice.
- Sprinkle some chaat masala, fresh coriander and mint. Start rolling the paratha.
- After rolling the paratha halfway, tuck and seal once end of the roll and wrap the paratha tightly all the way.
- Serve hot wrapped in a foil or butter paper.
- Serve it with more green chutney and onion rings on the side.
